RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If unfortunately the item you ordered does not suit you, it is of course possible to exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt, against another item from our site of equal or greater value.
(shipping costs will be your responsibility).
To be exchanged, the item must be new, it must not have been used, washed or show signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse a return of an item that shows signs of use.
Promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For any particular order (if we have, for example, designed a zafu or a cosmic drum especially for you), you unfortunately cannot return it to us.
On the other hand, we are sorry but do not make a refund.
