HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR ZAFU?
The choice will depend on your size as well as your flexibility.
To meet the demand of the greatest number, we have developed
Three different models of meditation cushion:
The COMFORT model
The largest, the COMFORT MODEL, with a total diameter of approximately 39cm and a height of 19cm will be perfect for tall people, people of average height or who are not very flexible.
The TRAVELER model
The second, the TRAVELER MODEL, smaller, with a diameter of 29cm and a height of about 16cm will be perfectfor smaller and/or very flexible people and for children.
The model of zafu meeting the most followers remains the comfort zafu.
The HALF MOON model
And finally the third: the HALF-MOON ZAFU, this cushion is ideal for adopting a very upright posture and thus allowing energy to circulate better.
With a total length of 39.5cm and a width of 27cm, it is naturally inclined which will allow you to adapt your position as much as possible during your practice, so you can go from a height of 17cm to 13 .5cm at the bottom of the cushion.
Its concave shape will allow you to bring your heels as close as possible to the groin and thus rest your thighs on the sides of the half-moon in order to avoid tensions that may appear in the hips or knee ligaments.It is suitable for all body types.

The second model, smaller, with a diameter of 11 inches for a height of about 6 inches will be perfect for smaller and / or very flexible people.
